  1. In a large casserole dish or any dish large enough to hold the steak, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, cider vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, pepper, salt, and garlic.
  2. Submerge the steak completely and let it marinate for a minimum of 4 hours, up to 24 hours (in the fridge).
  3. Rotate the steak in the marinade every few hours.
  4. When you’re ready to grill the steak, shake off the excess marinade.
