Tip: Freezing Lemons

Ingredients      

5-6 lemons

  1. Slice lemons into slices and then half the slices
  2. Place in a single layer onto the rimmed baking sheet
  3. Place the sheet into the freezer for at least one hour. The reason for this step is so that you don't have them all frozen together in a big chunk.
  4. Remove and place slices into a gallon ziplock freezer bag.
  5. Place in the freezer and simply grab a slice at a time to enjoy your favorite drinks like water or tea.
